Introducing KR Land Management, LLC

KR Land Management is a local firefighter-owned company providing Forestry Mulching and sustainable Land Clearing services to North Central & Central Florida, including these Counties: Lake, Marion, Alachua, Sumter, Citrus, Levy, Gilchrist, Dixie, Bradford, Union, Clay, Putnam, Volusia, & Seminole, as well as other areas of Central Florida.


KR Land Management originated out of our desire to provide sustainable land management services; in particular, Forestry Mulching and Land Clearing services that provide a beautiful landscape or cleared property, while at the same time, preserving soil quality and natural cycle of vegetation on the property. Forestry Mulching provides nutrients to the soil, natural decomposition, and allows vegetation to grow organically over time.


When you contact us, you are put in direct communication with the Owner, Ryan Rushing. He will collect your contact information arrange a convenient time to meet with you at your property. At this first site meeting, he will go over your expectations, discuss the clearing process, make observations, provide feedback, and discuss a scheduled start date and pricing. After this meeting, Ryan will put together a quote and email that to you. There are NO hidden fees or costs! We are an honest and customer oriented company and will treat you the way we would want to be treated ourselves. Please feel free to contact us at your convenience! ​


Land clearing and Forestry Mulching can be a big investment, so we work with you on a payment schedule based on the size of the job. We can create a payment schedule and timeline that works with your budget. We also offer great discounts to customers who would like several acres cleared at one time. The price does not change unless you request a change in the scope of work after we have started the job.


As a 9-year Firefighter, Paramedic, and Lieutenant for The Villages, Ryan knows first-hand the importance of safety. Therefore, safety will be at the forefront of the complete process from the beginning of the job to the end of the job.
